Lost Valley Wild Game Processing

Lost Valley Meat Processing is based out of Atascadero, CA, about 25 minutes North of San Luis Obispo. The average cost of processing wild game is $300/per carcass with additional charges for sausage and burger. Our commercial-grade equipment ensures that your meat will stay fresh through vacuum seal packaging and storage. We also offer handmade sausage in mild or hot breakfast, jalapeno cheddar, sweet or hot Italian, Swiss, and chorizo. In addition to professional cuts and delicious sausage, Lost Valley Meat Processing provides delivery services throughout the United States (shipping fees apply and are calculated after processing is complete).

Pricing & Turnaround

$300 flat rate for all Pig and Deer carcasses. All Elk will be charged a $2 per pound processing fee (charged on the hanging weight of the cleaned carcass).

Includes: Cutting and Packaging of Traditional Cuts.

Link Sausage – $5 Per lb. Minimum 10lbs EACH

Bulk Sausage – $3 Per lb. Minimum 10lbs EACH

Turnaround time 2-3 weeks. Free storage for 2 weeks once finished. **$100/week for continued storage
